There are a number of leasing opportunities currently available. The east and west wings have been configured asymmetrically to provide the maximum variation in rentable spaces. Distinct spaces (rooms, wings and floors) are available singly or in multiples.

Third Floor
Our Third Floor wings hold huge promise for larger firms requiring in excess of 3,000 sq.ft. The unique curved-roof design has created a mezzanine floor overlooking the third floor which serves as an excellent division for private offices. The area under the mezzanine also lends itself to individual offices.

Second Floor
The second floor has been divided into a number of individual office spaces ranging from 400 sq. ft. to 1,400 sq. ft, which can be leased individually or in any combinations.

First Floor
The First Floor West Wing (to left in drawing) will be leased as an entire unit of approximately 2,400 sq. ft. Tenant are free to break up this space to suit their needs, and Taggart Construction will be performing customized tenant fit-outs.

Our First Floor East Wing (to right) can be leased as three distinct spaces: a large office of 2,080 sq. ft., and a mid-sized office of 960 sq. ft., and a smaller office of 720 sq. ft. Of course for a larger client, this space can be leased in its entirety and divided to suit individual needs.
